RELEASES REPORT ON CRISIS PREGNANCY CENTERS
Report exposes how so-called "crisis pregnancy centers" give women inaccurate, deceptive information
Annapolis, MD - NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland Fund will release a report on the organization’s 12-month investigation of crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs). The report coincides with two purported women’s health initiatives. The Maryland Catholic Conference is pushing for $800,000 in state funding for these centers. Meanwhile, pro-choice legislators, Delegate Roger Manno and Senator Rich Madaleno have introduced a bill that would limit CPC’s ability to mislead clients.
