The Wichita Eagle article describes an interview with Scott Roeder's jury foreman,about the delibarations that took place at the end of the trial. According to the foreman, emphasis was strictly on whether or not Scott Roeder was guilty of first degree murder. Abortion never factored in the final verdict.
