I was a senior in high school when I became pregnant. I knew right away I wanted an abortion. I was looking forward to going away to college, but my boyfriend had been pressuring me to stay home to be with him. I wanted more for my life. After the abortion, I had no regrets. I was then, and am still today, incredibly happy about my choice. I am now a college graduate with a great job, wonderful husband, and a beautiful baby. If abortion had not been available for me, my life would be so different. Thank you, Pro-Choice Maryland for keeping abortion accessible for women in Maryland.
