Chocolate is in the air! Celebrate and protect reproductive freedom at NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland’s 21st Annual Evening of Chocolate Gala on Saturday, October 16 in Rockville, MD. This year’s Evening of Chocolate Gala will again take place at the VisArts Center in downtown Rockville, a wonderful space featuring art galleries and artist studios. VisArts is a lovely backdrop for displaying the tempting array of beautiful and decadent desserts provided by the region’s finest chefs. We’ll serve our famous chocolate martinis and hold a raffle and silent auction. Guests will get to bid on such items as weekend getaways, artwork, and tickets to sporting events, plays, and museums. We are thrilled to have United States Senator Barbara A. Mikulski serve as honorary event chair. We will also honor the DC Abortion Fund for their incredible work to ensure low-income women's access to abortion and the Montgomery County Council for their landmark legislation to inform women when licensed health care providers are not on staff at limited-service pregnancy centers.
