Restore Affordable Birth Control

College campuses and health clinics across the country are experiencing a birth control pricing crisis. An unintended effect of the Deficit Reduction Act has caused birth control prices to to skyrocket. The Prevention Through Affordable Access Act has been introduced to close this loop-hole with no additional cost to tax-payers.
